While the results weren’t what we hoped for, I couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together. 3,540 of you put your trust in me, and that means more than I can say.
To my incredible team, from door-knocking to my amazing sign crew, phone calls, volunteers and everyone who cheered me on: HOW LUCKY AM I to have had all of you by my side!
To every single person who believed in me, placed a lawn sign and gave me their vote, THANK YOU! Putting yourself out there in politics isn’t easy, but I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything. The friendships, connections and incredible people I met along the way made this one of the best experiences of my life.
I’m disappointed, yes, but even more grateful. The election may be over, but my love for this community isn’t going anywhere.
